Ercan Evren
He was born in 1932 in Ankara and attended Mimar Kemal primary school, Galatasaray high school. He studied architecture at Istanbul Technical University and graduated in 1956.
He attended and received many prices in national architecture project competitions among them two winner price for Samsun Collage and Moda Collage with Coskun Erkal and Gokcetin Kanra.
He worked as architect for two years in Bern-Switzerland (1060-1962)
On his return to Turkey from Switzerland, he settled in Anltalya and opened an architectural bureau. He served in Antalya city council and had business activities in tourism and prefabricated building materials.

He authored of 8 and translated 3 books. He regularly writes a column in local news paper. These publications can be found his web page http://ercanevren.com.
He is founder and board member of many charity organizations, Antalya Philharmonic Society, Antalya Art Society, ANSIAD, ANTEV, to name a few.
For a short period he lectured in Architectural Design in Suleyman Demirel University.
Since 2016 he opens painting and sculpture exhibition every year.
He enjoys a large family with 4 children and 12 grandchildren and still lives in Antalya.
